EIT LEDCure Profiler UV Measurement Device
EIT LEDCure Profiler UV Measurement Device
The EIT LEDCure Profiler by EIT 2.0 LLC inherits the display interface from the single-channel LEDCure version and enables irradiance profile data to be downloaded to UV PowerView® III software at a 128 Hz sampling rate.
It allows for comparison of different LED sources to evaluate the impact of process changes such as lamp height, power level, line speed, or exposure time.
The device supports analysis of individual LED lamps within multi-source systems, helping users achieve more precise control over quality and performance.
Introduction
- The EIT LEDCure Profiler UV Measurement Device operates similarly to standard versions but adds the capability to record and analyze irradiance profiles.
- Measurement data is displayed directly on the device, with user-selectable effective sampling rates of 25, 128, or 2048 Hz (samples per second).
- The Profiler function enables the transfer of numerical values (irradiance and energy density), along with time-based irradiance profile data, to EIT UV PowerView® III software for in-depth analysis.
Features
- Integrated 4-band L-range (365–405 nm) in a compact handheld device
- Measurement range up to 40 W/cm², utilizing patented TMOR™ technology for accurate, repeatable, and reliable results
- Separate display of irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) for each L-band
- On-screen low-resolution irradiance profile for quick visual assessment
- Full-resolution irradiance profile transfer at 128 Hz to UV PowerView® III software for advanced UV analysis and monitoring
